When we opened at a small kiosk in the Spokane Valley Mall back in September of 2006, we had plans to change the way the world looked at independent and local art. There are so many artists, local and independent. Who knows these artists? Family, friends, and maybe a small group of people that are exposed to independent arts on a regular basis. Sure you can find them in a gallery, hidden around the corner. First you have to find the gallery, or the event, and then hopefully you will find the artist. We based our plans on this question. What if you could go somewhere and find independent and local artists that create visual art, music, books, film and more? Somewhere easy to find, where you have access to the artist and the art? We are happy to say, we are that place.
